Who we are

Family owned.
Hawley made.

Hawley Pinball & Amusements is a mother-and-son business right here in town. No corporate route, no call center, no runaround.

When you have a question, you're talking to one of the two people who own the machine, and we're only a few minutes away. We love these games, and we think every town deserves a good place to play. We're bringing that to Hawley and the whole Lake Region.

Questions

Good questions.
Straight answers.

What does it cost me?

Nothing upfront. You don't buy, rent, or lease anything. We own the machine and place it in your business, and the money it earns is shared between us. If nobody plays, you're not out a cent.

So how do I make money?

It's a revenue share. Every time someone plays, part of that money is yours. We collect from the machine on a regular schedule, count it, and pay out your share. The exact split depends on the machine and your location, and we'll go over it with you in plain English before anything gets delivered.

What do I actually have to do?

Give it a spot and an outlet. Turn it on when you open (or just leave it on, it's up to you). If something isn't working right, let us know. That's it. We take care of everything else.

Who fixes it when something breaks?

We do. Repairs, parts, and upkeep are our job, not yours. We're local, so we're not shipping parts across the country or sending someone from three counties away. Send us a message and we'll come take care of it.

How much space does it need?

A pinball machine is about 2.5 feet wide and 4.5 feet deep, plus room for a player to stand in front. Our mini crane games are about 1 foot by 1 foot, small enough for a countertop, a shelf, or an empty corner. We'll come look at your space and help pick the right spot.

What kind of power does it use?

A regular household wall outlet. No special wiring, no electrician, no remodeling.

Who keeps the crane games stocked?

We do. We bring the prizes, refill the machine, and keep the selection fresh so people keep playing.

What if the machine isn't a good fit?

Then we'll figure it out together. We can move it, swap it for a different game, or take it back. We want it to work for your business. If it doesn't, it isn't working for us either.

What kinds of businesses is this good for?

Anywhere people hang out or wait: bars, taverns, restaurants, pizza shops, breweries, bowling alleys, laundromats, barbershops, hotels, lodges and campgrounds. Pinball fits places with a little floor space and a crowd that sticks around. Crane games fit almost anywhere, especially places with families and kids.

What areas do you serve?

Hawley and the surrounding Lake Wallenpaupack area, including nearby towns in Wayne and Pike counties. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.

Do you do vending machines?

Not yet, but it's on our radar. If that's something you'd want, tell us. It helps us plan what's next.

Why don't you list a phone number?

We're a two-person business. When we're on a repair, we're focused on the repair. Fill out the request form and we'll get right back to you. Once you're a location, you'll have a direct line to us.
